We launched with one goal – to provide a safe, fair, and exciting gaming experience built specifically for Malaysian players. More than just a betting platform, mtown888 is a community that grows with you.
If you have been searching for a betting platform truly built for Malaysian players — one that understands how we play, our language, how we prefer to pay, and the types of games we enjoy — then mtown888 is the answer. We are not an international platform that has simply been "translated" into Malay. We were built from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind.
Journey mtown888 started in 2018, when a group of individuals with deep experience in digital gaming and finance decided to build something different. At the time, Malaysian players who enjoyed online betting were stuck using foreign platforms that constantly fell short – from payment methods that didn't fit local needs, to customer support that didn't understand the local market, to games that simply didn't resonate with Malaysian tastes.
Today, mtown888 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country — Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak and beyond. We are proud of the trust we have built over these seven years, and we are not stopping here.
We offer over 300 games spanning a live casino with real dealers, slots, classic table games such as blackjack and roulette, Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL and Thomas Cup badminton, and a rapidly growing esports section featuring MPL Malaysia and DOTA 2 coverage — all on a single platform accessible anywhere via your smartphone.
Six reasons Malaysian players keep trusting mtown888 year after year
All personal data and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. The platform mtown888 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and real-time suspicious activity monitoring to keep your account secure at all times.
Deposit and withdraw using the methods most familiar to Malaysians – Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. No international credit cards or complicated sign-up processes required.
mtown888 operates with a sportsbook margin of just 3% to 5% — well below most other platforms. That means every ringgit you wager goes further. For casino games, we prioritise providers with the highest RTP.
Support team mtown888 is made up of Bahasa Melayu-speaking individuals who understand the needs of local players. Reach us via live chat, email or WhatsApp at any time — early morning, midnight or weekends, we are always here.
All features mtown888 is optimised for smartphones. Place a bet on a Malaysia Super League match on your commute to work, or enjoy a live casino session while relaxing at home — the same seamless experience with no additional app download required.

The principles that shape every decision we make

One of the core commitments of mtown888 for Malaysian players is payment convenience. We understand that local players want to use familiar, hassle-free methods – not processes that require international credit cards or complicated account registrations.
Deposit at mtown888 is instant across all e-wallet methods. Withdrawals are processed within 4 to 15 minutes — among the fastest in the industry. There are no hidden processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals.
Dedicated professionals working every day to deliver the best possible experience for our players
One thing we take great pride in is the close relationship between mtown888 and the Malaysian player community. We don't just provide a platform and walk away – we actively listen to feedback, address issues, and continually work to deliver a better experience.
When Malaysian players told us they wanted more Malaysia Super League coverage, we added the markets. When the gaming community asked for a fuller esports section with MPL Malaysia coverage, we built and launched it within a reasonable timeframe. When players said withdrawals could be faster, we worked closely with our payment partners to bring processing times to under 15 minutes.
This isn't just rhetoric. Seven years into the journey, mtown888 is proof that we listen and act. Our founding members from 2018 are still active today — and more importantly, they bring their friends along. That is the most meaningful sign of trust we could ask for.
We're also aware that trust built over years can be lost in an instant if we become complacent. That's why we invest heavily in system security, staff training, and quality control processes. Every transaction at mtown888 monitored, every complaint is taken seriously, and every player is treated with equal respect regardless of their deposit amount.
Game library mtown888 carefully curated to reflect the tastes and interests of Malaysian players. Slots with local cultural themes, Live Casino with professional dealers, Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League through to the EPL and Champions League, badminton from the Thomas Cup to the All England – all under one roof.
Our esports section is also one of the most comprehensive available for the Malaysian market. MPL Malaysia is the most widely followed esports league in the country, and mtown888 provides the most comprehensive coverage for every MPL season, complete with detailed match statistics, live in-play markets and team analysis. For DOTA 2 fans, our DPC SEA and The International coverage ranks among the most complete in the industry.
